Review the Partner Terms

Before joining the PrintPrice OS network, you must review and accept the Partner Terms for production partners.

Print House / Production Node Terms

1. Scope

These Partner Terms govern the commercial relationship between Print Price Pro SIA (“PrintPrice Pro”, “we”, “us”) and the printing company or production partner applying to join the PrintPrice OS network as a Print House / Production Node (“Partner”, “you”).

2. Nature of the Relationship

PrintPrice Pro operates a production intelligence and orchestration system that connects validated demand with qualified production partners. The Partner acknowledges that: 1. PrintPrice Pro is not the manufacturer of any printed product. 2. The Partner remains the independent production entity responsible for manufacturing. 3. PrintPrice Pro acts as an intermediary orchestration layer. 4. No joint venture or employment relationship is created.

3. Partner Admission and Qualification

Admission is subject to PrintPrice Pro’s internal qualification criteria. The Partner must provide accurate and complete information regarding legal entity details, production capabilities, machine and finishing equipment, quality controls, certifications, geographic coverage, capacity, and lead times.

4. Partner Obligations

The Partner shall: 1. maintain accurate capability, capacity, and production information at all times; 2. manufacture jobs in accordance with accepted specifications; 3. process only jobs routed through approved PrintPrice Pro workflows; 4. comply with all applicable laws and environmental standards; 5. protect all files and commercial information received; 6. refrain from bypassing PrintPrice Pro for platform-sourced jobs; 7. cooperate in audits and dispute handling.

5. PrintPrice Pro Obligations

PrintPrice Pro shall operate the system with reasonable care and provide the Partner with job specifications and files necessary for execution.

6. No Volume Guarantee

Admission to the network does not guarantee any minimum number of jobs or exclusivity.

7. Job Acceptance and Execution

A routed job becomes binding only when accepted through the designated workflow. Once accepted, the Partner is responsible for timely and compliant execution.

8. Quality and Non-Conformity

The Partner is responsible for ensuring production conforms to approved specifications. Defective jobs may require reprint or remediation contribution.

9. Pricing, Fees, and Commercial Terms

Commercial terms include routed job pricing, commissions, and platform fees as communicated during onboarding.

10. Non-Circumvention

The Partner shall not circumvent PrintPrice Pro to avoid fees or governance obligations.

11. Confidentiality

The Partner shall keep confidential all non-public information received from PrintPrice Pro.

12. Intellectual Property

Customer files and metadata remain the property of their respective owners. The Partner receives only a limited right to use materials for job fulfillment.

13. Data Protection

Each party shall comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

14. Technical Integration and System Use

The Partner shall use authorized credentials and not interfere with platform security or integrity.

15. Audit and Monitoring

PrintPrice Pro may retain logs and execution states for dispute resolution and quality review.

16. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended for breach of terms, quality failure, or circumvention attempts.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riga.

Network & Growth

You will mostly get book printing projects like: Paperbacks with perfect binding (B&W or color), Hardcovers with dust jackets or printed covers, and Special projects like spiral-bound or board books. Extra services like foil stamping or embossing are matched if you offer them. We match jobs to your skills, location, and capacity; you decide which jobs to accept via your dashboard.

Yes, you have full control. In your Partner Portal you can set minimum quantities (e.g., 50+ copies), acceptable formats/finishes (e.g., 'no foil stamping'), geographic preferences, and capacity limits (e.g., pause at 80% capacity). You always say yes or no to each job; we never assign work automatically without your approval.

You can pause new jobs anytime via the 'Pause Intake' button in your dashboard. Accepted jobs remain your responsibility with no penalties for pausing. For planned maintenance or vacations, notifying your Account Manager is helpful but not required. High-performance partners (95%+ on-time delivery) receive priority when they resume.

Finance & Logistics

We keep it simple: No monthly fees to join. We take a percentage only when you complete and get paid for an order (usually 12-18%, depending on volume). File checking, customer acquisition, and payment processing are included. You see your exact earnings and our fee before accepting any job (e.g., on a €1,000 job, you might receive €850 and PrintPrice Pro keeps €150).

The customer pays PrintPrice Pro upfront or on agreed terms. You invoice us upon job completion and quality check. We pay you within 15 days via bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal in your local currency with no extra exchange fees. You are fully protected from customer chargebacks.

We share responsibility: We handle pre-sale support and file checking. If a production error occurs, the partner covers the reprint and shipping. For customer errors (wrong file approved), the customer pays. Shipping delays are managed by PrintPrice Pro via carrier claims. You'll receive a clear Partner Playbook with all guidelines.

Requirements & Quality

To join as a book partner, you need digital or offset presses (B&W/Color), perfect binding equipment, the ability to work with PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4, and a workflow that supports 24-72 hour short-run turnarounds. Reliable internet and a robust internal quality control process are essential.

We accept PDF/X-1a, PDF/X-4, and high-res print-ready PDFs. Our system automatically validates bleed, trim, color space, and fonts before routing to you. We provide full technical specs (trim, paper, binding, finish) and pre-flight reports for every job.

We use three layers: 1. Automatic system validation. 2. Partner approval of proofs before the full run. 3. Random post-production checks and publisher feedback. Partners with 98%+ quality ratings get faster routing, bonus payments, and 'Verified Partner' status.

Our onboarding takes 5-7 business days: 1. Application review. 2. 30-minute technical call. 3. Paid test job to verify quality. 4. Dashboard activation. There are no long-term contracts; you can pause or leave with 30 days notice.

Technical Integration

No, integration is optional. You can manage everything manually via email and the partner dashboard. For high-volume partners, we offer REST API (webhooks), CSV/SFTP batching, and Zapier/Make.com connectors. Our tech team provides integration support at no extra cost.

Getting Started

Most partners receive their first job within 2-3 days of activation, depending on location, capability matches, and response speed (responding within 2 hours is recommended). Tip: A 100% complete profile with work photos significantly increases visibility.
