Welcome to Print Price Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website (https://printprice.pro ) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. About Us
Print Price Pro is registered under REG: 40203631570, with its registered address at Bruņinieku iela 60-8, Latgales priekšpilsēta, Rīga, LV-1009, Latvia. VAT: LV40203631570. We act as an intermediary between customers and printing manufacturers (“Printers”). We do not manufacture products directly but facilitate the process of preparing and sending your orders to our trusted Printers for production.
2. Order Process
2.1 Submission of Order:
When you submit an order through our website, you are providing us with the details of your printing project, including specifications such as size, quantity, materials, and design files.
2.2 Quotation and Approval:
After receiving your order, we will prepare a detailed quotation based on your specifications. You will receive an email with the final price for your approval. Your order will not proceed to production until you explicitly approve the quotation.
2.3 Forwarding to Printers:
Once your order is approved, we will forward your project details and files to one of our partner Printers for production. By approving the quotation, you authorize us to share your information and files with the selected Printer.
2.4 Production and Delivery:
The Printer will handle the production of your order. Delivery times and methods will depend on the Printer’s capabilities and location. We will provide estimated delivery times during the quotation process.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing:
All prices quoted are in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary depending on the specifications of your order.
3.2 Payment Methods:
We accept payments through the methods listed on our website, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payment must be made in full before your order is forwarded to the Printer.
3.3 Currency Conversion:
If you are paying in a currency other than Euros, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees. These fees are outside our control.
4. Cancellations and Modifications
4.1 Before Approval:
You may cancel or modify your order at any time before approving the quotation. Once the quotation is approved, your order cannot be canceled or modified without incurring additional charges.
4.2 After Approval:
After approving the quotation, your order is sent to the Printer. Cancellations or modifications at this stage are subject to the Printer’s policies and may result in partial or full forfeiture of the payment.
5. Responsibility for Content
5.1 Customer Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for the content and design files you submit. By submitting your files, you confirm that you own the rights to all content or have obtained the necessary permissions to use it.
5.2 Prohibited Content:
You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to reject any order that contains prohibited content.
6. Quality Assurance
6.1 Printer Standards:
We work with reputable Printers who adhere to high-quality standards. However, we are not responsible for minor variations in color, finish, or other aspects that may occur during the printing process.
6.2 Defective Products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the Printer to resolve the issue, which may include reprinting or refunding the affected portion of your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Intermediary Role:
As an intermediary, we are not liable for any issues arising from the Printer’s actions, including delays, errors, or defects in the final product.
7.2 Indirect Damages:
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or the products produced by the Printers.
7.3 Maximum Liability:
Our total liability to you for any claims related to your order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Customer Ownership:
You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content and design files you submit. We do not claim ownership of your content.
8.2 Use of Files:
By submitting your files, you grant us and our partner Printers a limited license to use, reproduce, and modify your files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
10.2 Dispute Resolution:
We encourage you to contact us first if you have any concerns or disputes. We will make every effort to resolve issues amicably.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
