- Once you approve the quotation for your order, we forward your project details to one of our partner Printers for production.
- The Printer is responsible for producing and shipping your order directly to you.
1.2 Estimated Delivery Times
- We provide estimated delivery times during the quotation process. These estimates are based on the Printer’s capabilities and location.
- Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as the complexity of your order, shipping method, and destination.
1.3 Tracking Information
- If available, we will provide tracking information for your order via email once it has been shipped.
- You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.
1.4 Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are included in the final quotation you approve. Additional fees may apply for expedited shipping or special delivery requests.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
Due to the custom nature of printing services, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
2.2 How to Request a Return

2.3 Resolution Options
Depending on the issue, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

- Refund: If reprinting is not possible, we may issue a partial or full refund for the affected portion of your order.
- Repair: In rare cases, we may offer to repair the product if feasible.
2.4 Conditions for Returns
All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
3. Defective or Incorrect Products
3.1 Defective Products
If your product has manufacturing defects (e.g., poor print quality, missing pages, or binding issues), we will work with the Printer to resolve the issue promptly.
3.2 Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that does not match your approved specifications, please notify us immediately. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a reprint or refund.
4. Damaged Products
4.1 Damage During Shipping
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please document the damage by taking photos and notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will coordinate with the Printer or shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
4.2 Packaging Standards
Our partner Printers use high-quality packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, we cannot guarantee the actions of third-party shipping carriers.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect).
- Orders where the defect or issue is caused by errors in the design files or specifications provided by the customer.
- Orders where the customer did not report the issue within the specified time frame (7 days).
6. Refund Process
6.1 Partial Refunds
If only part of your order is defective or incorrect, we may issue a partial refund for the affected items.
6.2 Full Refunds
A full refund will only be issued if the entire order is defective, incorrect, or cannot be resolved through reprinting.
6.3 Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we confirm the issue and agree on a resolution. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider.

7.1 Proof Approval
By approving the final proof and quotation, you confirm that all details (e.g., text, images, design) are accurate and meet your requirements.
We are not responsible for errors or issues arising from mistakes in the approved proof.
7.2 File Quality
You are responsible for ensuring that the design files you submit are high-quality and suitable for printing. We are not liable for issues caused by low-resolution images, incorrect file formats, or other file-related problems.
